Notice: By accessing, browsing, or utilizing tools provided by One7Tools, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and notices contained within this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and One7Tools ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from accessing or utilizing our platform and utilities.

2. Permitted Use & Conduct

One7Tools grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our public utilities in compliance with applicable law. You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to overload or impair platform infrastructure.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security headers, rate limits, or sandbox constraints.
  • Utilize platform tools for malicious purposes, including creating malware or violating intellectual property laws.
  • Reverse-engineer or rebrand One7Tools proprietary software without explicit written permission.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, source code, icons, and software architectures associated with One7Tools are the exclusive property of One7Tools or its licensors. You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights over any original content or files processed locally through our tools.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools and services provided on One7Tools are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One7Tools disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall One7Tools, its founders, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or tools.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
